Our goal at Family Building Inspections, LLC is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer, while offering knowledgeable and friendly services to home buyers and sellers. As in other areas of business, not all Home Inspection companies are equally qualified, or offer the same quality service. In NJ you must maintain a license issued by the state of NJ board of engineers and land surveyors to perform a home inspection. In addition our company meets all requirements for maintain licensing status. Our company is experienced, has a good reputation, and is known for our professionalism and thoroughness. Because there are a variety of systems in a home, such as plumbing and electrical, our inspectors have the formal training involving all areas of the structure and systems. Our inspectors have home technical knowledge in not only one specific area but all areas of the home. Aug 9, 2012 11:36 AM Rating: 10 Robert Hahn was great to work with. Being a young, first time home owner with my husband, I had no idea what to expect and/or look for. When Robert came in, he explained what was going to happen and what he was going to look for. When he was finished, Robert walked me step by step through our home and explained in detial what everything meant. He even explained how my washer and dryer worked! To say that working with Robert was easy would be an understatement. He was great! This was one of the easiest parts of our home buying procress and I would highly reccomend Robert to all of my friends and family. Nicole Gilkison
