Interstate Market, now known as Pop's Kitchen and Taproom is a family owned and operated deli, convenience store and gas station. Opened in April of 1995 by Fred Crivellaro and his sons John and Fred Jr, the store has grown from a sandwich shop to now include catering services and a walk in beer cooler. The opening of the store marked the beginning of a vision: To serve delicious, home-style pub fare and provide a variety of specialty craft and imported beers. With over 17 years in business, we strive to provide the best in food and a varied selection of beers, and continue to offer a different take on your typical convenience store - one that you'll want to return to time and time again!
