I just want to tell Stop & Shop how come you are charging $2.49 cents forNectrines that should be only 99 cents a pound it is the end of summer. I opened one Nectrine and it was bad.

I will not buy cold cuts in the deli at this store because the female deli clerk, who is always there, wears the filthiest, most disgusting S&S shirts I have ever seen. It looks as if it's stained all over and she never washes it. She's the last person I would want handling my food, since she apparently thinks it's ok to present herself looking like that every time she reports to work.

When I first moved to East Meadow about a year ago I was very impressed with this store. Unfortunately my opinion has changed drastically over the last few months. Often times the products I need aren't available & I can never find an employee who can help me. Very poor management in my opinion which is a shame because it is so close to my home but I will now go out of my way & shop at another grocery store where I can find what I need without having to go to two seperate stores. Get your act together & maybe I'll return.

I was shopping in there yesterday and a young employee didn't bat an eye as he used expletives in his conversation with another employee at the deli counter. He was talking so loudly anyone in the neighboring produce section could hear it. I think that he needs to receive further training on what is appropriate behavior for during working hours. It was unpleasant to be exposed to that as I shopped-- very bad for business as far as I'm concerned.
