I can not recommend Mr. Gardner. He screwed me out of $600., a job and home. At mediation he said to opposing counsel, "I'll have to go back and look it up" meaning he did not prepare. I knew more than he did. Mr. Gardner did not advocate for me, knowing the extreme stress and wrongful termination/eviction I was put through. I question his integrity as a lawyer and human being. What kind of person would allow a single mother to become homeless. Certainly not one that has any human decency.
