When my uncle passed away while on a cruise, we had no idea what to do. These people were able to coordinate with the authorities and the cruise line to get his body home in just days. My family would have been lost without Mount Sinai's help. These people are the best, highly recommend them

Beautiful grounds and building but they pushed us out the door after my grandfather's funeral and barked orders at us like they were drill sergeants. They even pushed people out of the ladies room telling them we had to leave because other people were coming for another service. Disgraceful
