I took my daughter for a bold new look that she wanted. The staff was great. Very supportive and excited for her. They made us both feel very comfortable and confident.

My husband bought me a groupon for a facial here. I did not know what t expect, since sometimes when you get a "promo", the place will give you what you pay for. I was sooooo impressed! I got almost an hour facial, and it was the best one I ever got. Kristen let me relax and I think I fell asleep. Best of all, my skin was so pretty when I left. There is a mini-makeover after, which the stylist Raquel did and I felt super beautiful and my husband even said how great I looked. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The salon is beautiful, and everyone from the front desk to the girls doing hair were professional and efficient!

Oh my! Got a facial here last Saturday, and it was beyond amazing!!! Heated bed, steam, great hand and facial massage too. Kristen is amazing and I will be back. The salon is beautiful, and all the stylists are super friendly and stylish. I cannot get over how my skin is still glowing!

Went in for a facial, and I was treated like family. Everyone there is so friendly and the salon is beautiful. Such a welcoming atmosphere I'll definitely be coming back.

I went into this salon, since its close to home, beautiful inside, and I love Aveda products. I desperately needed a facial, so I booked with Kristin. I got the one hour Elemental Facial, and it was amazing! She was so gentle with the extractions, and my face was glowing when I left. She does a 15 minute aromatherapy facial massage, and I think I fell asleep. The steam felt wonderful, too, and the bed was heated. I will definitely go back, and especially for NW Indiana, this SPA feels and looks like it belongs in the city!

I love this place! I will go back for color, products and cut. I wish they were open a little later on Saturday than 5pm as it is hard getting there on time coming from work.

I can't thank Melissa and her team member Paula enough for the great service and result. The salon is very clean, modern and classy. I highly recommend Persuasive Looks Salon and will defintiely come back. The facial with Kristen was also super!
