It is a buttery toffee coated in either milk chocolate or dark chocolate and blanketed in roasted almonds. Redwood Bark The same buttery toffee coated in either milk chocolate or dark chocolate but with absolutely no nuts. Excellent for those people who don't like nuts. Note: We make our Redwood Bark in the same kitchen where we make our Sierra Toffee Chunk with almonds. Although we make every effort to keep all nuts out of the Redwood Bark, individuals with allergies to almonds should use caution if eating this product. Cascade Ice Cream Topping A mixture of roasted almonds with slivers of buttery toffee and chuncks of milk and dark chocolate. A perfect topping for ice cream or other baking and cooking projects.
