Although our company is new, the experience contained within is very valuable. I have been working as a class A heavy equipment operator at the Hollidaysburg Borough Department of Public Works since 1993. I have done everything from blacktop to concrete, water lines to sewer lines, and all sorts of landscaping. My experience has given me the opportunity to see some of the shoddy work performed by some so-called "excavating companies", and quite honestly, I am appalled.
