Bought my Audi from Mark and never had any major issues, just maintenance, you know, that stuff you agree to do when you buy a vehicle. Really have a problem with people who look for a cheap vehicle then complain when they have to do the upkeep on a 10 year old vehicle. Going to hit 200,000 miles soon and still living my Audi.

Bought a truck was told the truck was in great condition. Less then a week my trans is skipping. Asked them about it told me I bought it as is and I have to fix it. I asked about if they could just help with labor. Was told "Not our problem"

Sold me a vehicle and said he would help me out if anything messed up. He did write me a check for the battery I had to put in within an hour of purchase, but he didn't have a spare tire for my vehicle. Within a month I discovered my exhaust cam solenoid needed replacement, along with my fuel pump and 2 driver side tires. When I called Mark about this he told me to "get [my] mechanic daddy to fix it". I have since had to also replace my thermostat because the "backyard" radiator flush they did (stick a hose in, run water through, and fill with water) confused the thermostat causing it to stick open, making my vehicle run cold. Mark only cares about the money, not the customers. Since my purchase, I have spoken to many people who have bought vehicles from him. Most of them had stories similar to or worse than mine. Please save yourself the headache and purchase form someone else.

Excellent customer service. Bought a car from Marks and have never had any trouble with it. As a matter of fact, going back this week to buy another one from him.
