I had my piece of junk dyson repaired here a couple of times. The third time something else broke, I decided it was time to trade it in. We've always gotten great service here so it was the first place we looked. They gave me a great tradein on my dyson and the simplicity is the best vaccum we've ever owned. I'm still mad I wasted so much money on the dyson but my wife and I couldn't be happier with our simplicity or the service we've received.

Everytime i go in there to get my vacuum serviced they are the most rude, unhelpful people to do business with. Bought the vacuum there lifetime gauruntee, not only has it broken 4 times in less than two years (simlicity vacuum), but when you go ther to get the service they deamean you and ask you why you are not taking care of your vacuum. I have had multiple knock-down drag out fights with the sales girl. Cannot believe this place is still in business. Normally when you buy something somewhere and take it for service at tthe same place, a merchant is helpful and honest. Thuis pplace is the eact opposite of that. Dis-honest, mean, nasty and un-helpful. Stay away from this place. Only buy something there if someone dares you too or if you want to humor yourself to see what all the negative feeback is about.

Me, my son and both my daughters have all bought vacuums here. These are great people. I can't recommend them enough!

Do not buy here!I purchased 3 packs of vacuum cleaner bags here. Nothing in the store has a price tag on it. The woman told me they were $14 a pack. I purchased them with cash and was not given a receipt. They use a computer to do the sale. Three weeks later my Hoover vacuum broke. I went to return the two unopened packs, the same woman was there. She asked me when I purchased them and I said about 3 weeks ago and I was not given receipt. Then she wanted to know what type of vacuum I as going to buy. I told her an Oreck and she proceeded to do a vacuum cleaner demonstration of one of their products telling me it is better than an Oreck and since I had store credit I might buy one there. I asked why I wouldn't get cash back and she said you have to return things in one week to get cash back. I said I was not informed of that and was not given a receipt with that information on it. I just picked up my vacuum that I've taken 2 other places that couldn't fix it. The service guy at all about vacuums not only fixed it but also made it look brand new. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

I just purchased my second heater and I couldn't be happier with it. My husband recently had surgery, so they delivered it my house and set it up for me. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service I've received. I highly recommend!
