      It is wise to have 'ALL' concrete verified for proper placement, slump and mix design to ensure the lifelong durability of the structure as well as property protection and personal safety of the public. Though only concrete with a specified strength above 2500 psi calls for 'Special Inspection" all concrete is subject to various conditions (weather extremes, sulphates etc.) that can compromise its integrity causing great damageable effects and failure. Elite Special Inspections Inc. offers to the customer the Buiding Code knowledge and In-Field know-how experience to confirm an approved, quality application from the mixer to the cure. It is also our task to discern and correct discrepancies in any part of the application process. Our reports are lawful and legal to protect the customer of any lack of workmanship on behalf of the Applicator: including failure to maintain coverages, adequate consolidation etc., or the Concrete Supplier: lack of an adequate mix design and water/cement ratio and admixture specifications, or any noncompliance of engineers specified slump design or slump tolerances.

      Elite Special Inspections Inc. Commercial and Residential Services: Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Structural Masonry, Epoxy Adhesive: Anchoring/Doweling. Visual Inspections performed: All Structural Concrete above 2500 psi. Pre-pour/Pre-check placement verification for all Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete & CMU members. Structural Slabs. Shotcrete. Deep Driven Piles. Caissons. Foundations and Footings (Grade Beams). Epoxy Bolting to Hardened Concrete. Anchorage Bolting to Hardened Concrete. Torque Stresses to Hardened Concrete/CMU. Field Testing of Plastic Concrete/Grout. Tendon Stressing Operations. All Non-Structural concrete 2500 psi and less. All Special Inspections are performed in accordance with the applicable Building Code. (IBC 2012) All Field Tests of Freshly Mixed Concrete are in accordance with the applicable ASTM standards (C31, C403, C172, C138, C173, C231, C1064) 2009.
