Horrible service dept.brought my car there twice for the same two problems and brought it home both times with both problems unresolved.

I was very impressed by the attention given by sales people. They even transferred a car from another location for me to test drive.

Just built a new explorer with Packey Webb and they were very helpful. They had the best price around and even beat another low price quote by an additional 500.00. I worked with a salesman named David and he was very helpful. The whole process was pretty smooth. I would def buy again from them. Oh and I love my new explorer!

I purchased my truck from Packey Webb in November 2010. It was a long experience, but everyone was very nice. Since then, I have brought my vehicle there for all of its oil changes. I have not felt pressured to have extra things done, and they even let me know about a broken hose that could be fixed under my warranty. My windshield got cracked last summer and they replaced it at a better price than I had been quoted from other places. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been bringing my Ford Escape here for service for four years and I have never had a bad experience. I value customer service and am willing to drive 30 miles from my home for the superior service this service team provides. I never feel like they are pushing me into service I don't need and the team is very curteous and helpful.
