When I called to make an appointment, the person answering the phone was quite thorough and polite, worked around my schedule, and got me in as first patient of the day. I guess it just goes to show that a little patience and understanding can go a long way. I'll see how the actual office visit goes.

Called to make an appointment and if the receptionist is any refletion on this practice then I wouldn't even give it a star . Don't run a big ad in the paper for business and then be extreamly rude when people call to make an appointment!
