We hired the scammers to fix a wet Attic roof that we suggested was not ventilated . The assured us that ventilation was not an issue, that we all our insulation was wrong (house built 2012) and all we needed to do is pay 4500.00 for their special insulation and problem with Wet roof solved. Even GUARENTEE it for a year. So the fill my attic and rafters with their magic insulation And 8 months later when winter is here again, wet roof, now with mold, called them IMMEDIATELY and came out and tod us ....you got it..we needed a new ridge vent..just like we told them first off.. would not honor guarentee... took their contractor, jayson, almost 7 months to get to our house after endless call and excuse after excuse. Told us we would only need to pay for materials. We checked home depot and what they used cost a total of 150.00. Came out at the end of September for a little over two hours and charged 600.00. They are slick..but beware.. we also had work inspected and not up to code.. CONMEN

They are more than willing to take your money, but not so willing to return security deposits. I have been calling these people every week for the past 4 weeks and have been getting the runaround. We are talking $1,000 here!!!! So beware. Given the choice I would never do business with them again.

I hired DF Richard to install a water heater about 6 months ago. Come to find out, months later when I had a different company come in to do some plumbing,(DF Richard’s customer service was terrible and not returning calls) that the job was not done to code, not even close. The inspector had a laundry list of violations and SAFETY issues! The final straw was finding out they did not even pull a permit for the job! I was disgusted that I hired a so called professional company to do a job right and they cut corners that put me and my family at risk. They claimed that they would “make it right”. By that they sent a check for $150, and a meek apology hoping I would just go away. A technician did come back to fix the violations that were not already rectified by the previous plumber, but I have still not heard back about a final inspection and doubt I will. It’s not worth fighting with them in court, although I’d like to for putting my family in danger with shoddy work. Please beware of this company before you deal with them, and if you have in the past, I urge you to call the state inspector to verify they had the appropriate permits and inspections. My only consolation is that the inspector assured me that they would be fined and reprimanded for their work.
