LOVE LOVE LOVE Jen-Mor!! They always make such amazing arrangements! So nice and friendly too. Had an issue one time on my end and they helped me fix it right away, they are great people. Local is always better. They have flowers in every price change and always do a great job. Highly recommended!!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered an all white bouquet and a hair piece for my wedding. I paid extra for special order flowers. The day prior to my wedding, I received a call that the gardenia for my hair went bad. I went in to check and it looked like a wet wad of toilet paper. I agreed to an orchid for my hair. The morning of my wedding, I went to pick up my flowers...the hair piece looked soggy and the bouquet had brown spots. When I mentioned it, the girl helping said that was a spray on the hair piece to keep it fresh and that the brown spots can't be helped....WHAT?!? I took them home because I felt I didn't have a choice, but when I got them home, the hair piece looked like the first one, a wad of wet toilet paper. The bouquet rapidly turned more and more brown. My husband returned the flowers for a refund. The sales person tried to guilt him into another bouquet. Saying things like 'you don't have another choice.' He did have a choice! In an hour, he and the florist at Safeway concocted a gorgeous bouquet. Jen Mor almost ruined my wedding day.
