If I could give this place below one star I would. The customer service is Awful!! Unprofessional, rude and do not have time management at all! Shirt was not complete after several false promises and then when I asked for refund owner was rude! Do not go here!
I thought I was done with this situation but to add insult to injury, the work I overpaid for isnt holding up! Her helmet was worn for 3 games! Shes 6 so they arent very physical at that age. It was then stored in a cotten lined bag, in the top of a temperature controlled closet and is now peeling in multiple spots! Its ruined! She is once again heartbroken. I did make several attempts to reach out to the company to see if they would like an opportunity to "make things right", as they stated previously and I have had zero response. I dont know whats more pitiful, the carelessness or my daughter's broken heart!

So i came here sooo desperate the day of my event, just hours before i needed outfits for my photo shoot and let me tell you these people are the best at what they do. Not only did they help me come up with the best concept for my two outfits but they made me feel confident that it would be my best shoot yet! I got the outfits back withing a few hours and wow, they were better than i imagined! Excellent work Airbrush Street Wear you really saved me i will definitely be back again!
Once again I am extremely satisfied. I brought my motorcycle helmets in and got exactly what I asked for. I've used this company once before while visiting GA. I was so happy with my results, I didn't give it another thought when I decided to travel from Birmingham, AL to have my helmets done. Thanks to them it was well worth the drive. Excellent customer service!!
love the work! Patient staff the owner was hilarious! A laid back environment. He went through all the motions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a price that worked for me. My shirt came out great and my daughter wont take her hat off for anything!

The most unprofessional & disrespectful business I have ever been in. Not to mention I didn't get what I paid for. I left a specific order for a helmet. I was even charged additional. The helmet was dropped off at 10a.m. in the morning & we were told it would be ready in a few hours & they only had a shirt or two ahead of us. We expressed the importance of the time frame due to the fact my daughter had a game the next morning. I returned to the shop around 430pm & employees were standing around laughing & her helmet had not been touched. We were informed it would be closer to 7 before it was ready. I walked by several times & saw nothing being done I was a little agitated. Finally at 7:30 it was done but not the way I ordered. The extras I paid for weren't on the helmet. The employees responded incredibly rude, wouldnt refund me, laughed about the situation & proceeded to continue on like nothing was wrong. Needless to say my 6 year old is incredibly disappointed & I am out $50.
No stars!!!! Awful service and extremely unprofessional! Dealing with the owner felt more like I was making a deal with a thug on the street. I paid for 2 helmets on a Thursday and was told it would be ready the next day. I went on Saturday to pick up and they didn't even start on them. I informed the owner that I live 40 miles away. He did not offer any compensation not even a simple apology. He then said Monday at 5. Well, it's Monday, 5:20 and he still had not started to work on them. I expressed my frustration and disappointment so he got loud and unprofessional and said "pick them up and get your money back" then he hung up on me because he has no business ethics. I went to get my money and helmets back and he had the nerve to say that I couldn't get a full refund because he primed the helmets. So now I'm stuck and have to wait until they are ready. I always do my best to support small businesses especially small black owned businesses. dont waste your money, find another store
