James Falcone is well suited to run this community. He has the time and the desire to do a good job. James has a real problem when it comes to dealing with people. Often he will bad mouth everyone and has no loyalty to either his fellow board members or his neighbors. The most serious complaint about James is that he is a very vindictive person. During the early years of his reign we watch him levy fines against people who had installed garden fences, ordered hired employees to trespass on peoples property. The complaints that are posted on this site about James are true, they are not unhappy residents that don't pay their dues. People in this community have a serious problem when the feel they have no recourse to dealing with a person they consider to be a tyrant. There is current action being taken in the state house to enact legislation that would allow residents who have become trapped under the rule of unjust board to take action.

To the person who was bashing Mr. Falcone YOU must be one of the people who live in the development who DO NOT PAY THEIR DUES and DO NOT abide by the bylaws. Mr. Falcone enforces all bylaws and follows procedures to the max ! YOU must be one of the people who didn't pay their dues before Mr. Falcone and the current board took over. HOPE you sold your house and moved, WE do not need people like you living there !!!!

Mr. Falcone is a petty tyrant who holds court over the association with little regard for proper procedures, home owner votes, or the welfare of the association. Now the home owners are being fine more than 1/2 year's dues to the cover the legal costs due to actions in Mr. Falcone's tenure. No one can appose him without fear of retribution in the form of frivolous fines at HIS discretion without the puppet board approval. I believe that PMLF is being shortchanged due to the reign of Mr. Falcone. It is time for an investigation to see what is really going on.

after residing in community for five years now, President James Falcone has fined everyone on street. Imposed large fines to many residents , with no board hearings. T here is no way to go against Mr Falcone. he has altered votes, laws and manulipated money to suit his needs, and packet. We have put our house for sale , and have been pushed out of development. Its a shame too. no enforcement will venture in to help. Not even rosemary brown, our elected official!!
