My husband had a work related get together here friday night with about 20 people attending, it ended up being an all over terrible experience. Was told they had a couple of "Special Occasion" rooms that could be used just for our group.. . They placed us in a room connected directly to the front door and had to deal with foot traffic to and from the door the duration of our visit. This not only interupted our gathering but we continually got rude looks all night as passerbys squeezed through our group which occupied the entirety of this "Special Occassion" room. We had also brought a small banner to hang, and asked the waitress where we could put it up. She told us the window and later came back about 10 minutes later saying the owner told us it had to be moved because "it was a fire hazard." Well we moved the banner to another wall and then another 10 minutes later were asked to take it down completely. The owner very rudely told us we had to remove it because it contained the word "shit" (in small print
) The funny thing is, I heard people cussing all night throughout the bar and never seen Joe, the owner, once tell these people to watch their language. This was my first time and will be my last, the customer service was sub-par and their prices are expensive for the type of food they offer. If you do not live locally this place is definietly not worth the time, effort or money spent to give a try. There are many other, better establishments in the lansing and Dewitt area.

Despite their name most of the italian menu items should be avoided. Pizzas and grinders are your best bet. Lasagna is bland. Fettucine Alfredo is even worse.

Pros: Great dine in specials for kids meals (now $1.29) on Sundays.

I have lived in Dewitt for 15 years and I have been to this restaurant many times. And I have seen it go down hill slow. First, services, it is slower then I have ever experienced. Second they have teenagers as wait staff, now I know they need a job but really the entire wait staff!!! Teenager lack customer service skills and I know the Manager isnt going to show them cause his customer service skill are horrid!!! You walk in to the place you should be agreed right?no! the little girls stand behind a black counter talking showing no interest in anything but each other. I made reservation for a large party and they lost them. The manager did nothing to fix the problem. Now the food is good when the wait staff brings it out. I recommend ordering take out. I like to support the town business but Relli's you have made your place impossible to do this. This last experience has sealed the deal for me I will not be returning to Relli's again!!
