Building the Physical and Emotional well being of all members. Instilling in our participants a lifelong love of Physical fitness and Artistic expression through the participation in various Acrobatic Sports and Artistic movement activities in a safe , nurturing, and Fun environment.We are Des Moines only tumbling, trampoline, and dance facility that focuses on classes specific to the power tumbling and trampoline gymnastics sports. We offer both recreational and competitive instruction for children and adults. We are not your typical gymnastics, cheer, or dance facility that offers tumbling classes on the side. Our recreational Tumbling and Trampoline program classes are for children of all ages and adults to take part in fitness and progressive skill building activities in a non competitive atmosphere. With the hope to promote Unity in all of our members both recreational and competitive participants will practice together during scheduled practice times. Athletes will learn skills and routines on the trampoline, double mini trampoline, and rod tumbling floor.The Tumbling and Trampoline team is a competitive program open to all members of Unity Acrobatics Ages 4 and up. Athletes on the team have the opportunity to compete in three events: Individual Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Power Tumbling. All athletes Practice all three events, but may choose not to compete in one or more of the events. Our Team competes in the state of Iowa with some traveling meets to the surrounding states. Our Team competes in USA Gymnastics Tumbling and Trampoline as well as the Amateur Athletic Union.
