Employee & Family Resources' Community Services offers a range of case management and substance abuse prevention solutions. It administers restorative justice programs, as well as provides bilingual therapy and intervention services. The organization offers deaf, sign language interpretation and educational solutions. Employee & Family Resources' Community Services also conducts a student assistance program. The organization provides individual and family counseling solutions on depression and emotional issues, family and parenting concerns, and relationship and marital problems. It serves individuals in Latino community in central Iowa. Employee & Family Resources' Community Services assists clients with a variety of areas, such as social skills, housing, safety, training, employment and mental health.
