I will never go anywhere else for tires! The first time I needed tires and could not spend alot so they put a great pair of used tires on for me. When i was waiting for the tires to be put on the owner earl came up to me and said my spare tire was very bad and cracked so he had them put one on for no charge said he would not send me away with a bad tire. He really puts his customers first! I will never go anywhere else after that. They are very friendly and efficient. If you have any issues when you leave they fix the issue right away.

They will do anything to get your money then kiss they goodbye cause that will be the last you see of them. They will not follow up on service after the sale! Stay away!

Earls Tire downtown is good to deal with, the West location is worthless, they will do whatever they can to sell you the tires but there is no service after the sale! Worthless!!

The people there are very helpful and knowlegeable. I bought a set of wheels and tires for my car and they were very patient and helped me find wheels that look great. Very helpful

Run from here! I have never been treated so rudely. I purchased a set of wheels and tires here. I had them on my vehicle for about 3 months. I went back to the shop to have my original wheels and tires put back on (smoother ride) . The shop did not put "All" of my original equipment back on! I went back to the shop the next day because I was receiving an error message on my car info center. They looked at it couldn't figure out what was wrong. I took it back to the dealer. They found that the TPMS sensors were missing. $400 dollars later at the dealership, I had new TPMS sensors. Spoke to the owner of Earl's, Mr. Earl himself. His reply was "how were we supposed to know you wanted your monitors back on" we are just tire guys. I asked if he would make it right. He thought hanging up on me and refusing to answer any of my calls was the best way to handle it. What they did was careless. Don't waste your time or money here.

I have purchased tires from Earl many times in the past and would recommend him to anyone in need of tires or even a simple rotation.

I have a fleet with 15 trucks, and have been buying all my tires from Earls for six years. The prices are always straightforward and competitive. Service is fast and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else in Des Moines for tires!
