My boyfriend and I went in to get him a pedicure and myself a full set. My boyfriend waited in the chair with his feet in the water until my full set was fully done and ready for polish so about a half hour at least. My full set looks terrible, the man spent extremely little time and was super lazy. They're so sloppy, the nail polish is chipping because he only put one coat of top coat on, charged me $8 extra for a little design on my ring finger nail, made them way too short even after I told him after the first nail that I wanted them longer. Didn't listen to anything I said I wanted and I completely wasted my money and went elsewhere to get them redone.

Wow is it possible to give 0 stars?? My friend and I called ahead and asked if we could come in for pedis. The guys said we could get right in and just come right away. So we did, worst choice ever! They had us wait in the pedi chairs for over 30 min, water got cold, then one woman came over to do the fastest pedi ever on me while my friend waited. Literally it was done in about 10 minutes. The washed my feet with Wegmans soft soap, painted my nails, then slapped my legs around which was their version of massaging before moving on to my friend, her pedi was even worse!!! I will never ever come back here even if it was the last place for a pedi. If waiting around didnt bring the review down enough my 10 min pedi just summed up the entire experience. Do not go here.

i highly suggest NEVER going here. i went there for a fill (didnt have time to get to my regular place -Gentle Nails) I told the woman all I wanted her to do was to make a concave dip on the top of my nails. She didn't understand English very well so I explained her and showed her a few times, then finally drew a picture on my iphone app and showed her. instead, she carved off the sides of my nails and made them skinny & weird. no dip either, the nail she did replace is longer than the others.



the guy argued with me for atleast 5 minutes in front of other customers saying i should've told her i didn't want her to make them skinny, they try to make them look natural (i came in with wide, long,(not-cream)white tips)... finally he agreed he'll redo them for free. that night the tip of my thumb cracked from cleaning my kitchen floor.



as i waited to get them taken off, a girl handed me the phone- it was the guy telling me he won't take them off for free, but would redo them for free.. this was so weird to me, & obviously proved that he puts being spiteful ahead of being professional. $17 down the drain.



LONG STORY SHORT: they messed up my nails, they cracked the first night, then refused to go through with his word & fix them. bad idea.
