The most horrible receptionists that I have ever dealt with. While the repair person was friendly he ordered the wrong part which I waited almost 4 weeks for. The girl that answered the phone told me they didn't have a manager for the business but when I called back again the second nasty girl gave me a name. He has yet to call me back. Over 2 weeks later. Unfortunately these businesses don't realize word of mouth can break you. A shame really, that your first experience with them is with rude ignorant girls then to deal with finding out the repair guy didn't even check the whole appliance. Stay away, look elsewhere.

After $270.00 spent on a misdiagnosis, waiting for techs, no follow-up calls, and my Samsung washer being down for 3 weeks, and it would have been at least 4 I ordered the necessary part online and repaired the washer myself. $170.00 was spent for them to replace a drain pump when the other drain pump was still in perfect working order. Their tech never tested it. No offers to make things good, no apologys, just the samething Devon K. dealt with.

After 43 days of repeated calls to rude receptionists who do not return messages, visits by two different technicians (one of whom was late, tracked snow through the house, and appeared to be stoned), two incorrect diagnoses, and weeks of waiting for parts, I called Orville's - they fixed my 4-month-old dishwasher in an hour. Don't waste your time and energy on Naab & Mohring.

simply fire the rude girl who answers the calls. WHAT IS HER PROBLEM FOR BEING SO RUDE & IMMATURE FOR NO REASON?! customer service is not for her. please find a job where you don't have to interact with anyone- any living thing for that matter . ruins my whole entire day when i call back to make an appt. or to call back because i missed the call and then she says i never even called you and complains. disgusted! well besides her; the people who come out to do the repairs are great AND FRIENDLY. just please get rid of her. because she ruins your name/ruins peoples day with her uncalled for attitude.





well anyway, 5 stars for the repairmen.

Repair guys were fine. Girl on the telephone was rude, immature and enough to drive a customer away for good. If she is a relative, fire her. If she is simply an employee, fire her faster. Rude would be an improvement for her.

I had a bunch of people come out they all told me to buy a new washer , but mine was only a year old so Naab & Mohring came out fixed the problem for a very good price and its been working for months now thank you guys so much.
