He explained right up front what the project would need to last through many years. Other contractors just explained all the shortcuts and corners they would cut to keep reducing the price. That made us feel they would say and do anything just to get the work, and do a cheap job that wouldn't last a year. Jeff explained the most cost-efficient way to do the work so it will last and genuinely add to the value of our property. He is very careful and thorough, and listens to questions and requests.
