First time customer , I was impressed , courteous and friendly and they repaired my problem that other shops couldn't find, prices were reasonable and finished on time.

Honestly, it doesn't get any better than this. These are real people: They hear you, they communicate, they fix your car, they don't overcharge you, and they genuinely want you to be satisfied. Thank goodness I found them.

I've gotta tell ya that the guys at Merrill treat you like a sister if you're a woman. They get that most of us don't understand all that it intails to fix a car, but they explain it well and understand when you tell them that the "doohicky" is rubbing on the "thing-a-ma-bob". I have been a custumer of Merrill for over 5 yrs. I have never felt that I was being "ripped off or taken advantage of". I love the polite and friendly way that I am treated, the timely manner in which my car is fixed and the price is always FAIR!! I won't take my car anywhere else

The reason I chose Merrill Auto electric is because they took the time to explain what might be wrong with my truck, and possible solutions.
