First off, please understand that I did not want to write this review but was unable to receive any kind of resolution from Men's Warehouse corporate offices. I'm not normally one to write reviews - if I do, it's usually to recognize and share praise when businesses go above and beyond.

However, I feel compelled to let folks know about my experience with the Men's Warehouse Cherry Creek store so that they may consider other options before paying thousands of dollars for wedding party suits.

In short, think twice before considering Men's Warehouse for your wedding. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare and I'll never set foot in another Men's Warehouse store again.

Last year, I spent $3,500.00 on eleven Men's Warehouse suits for our wedding party for our wedding in February 2020. The order was placed on August 24th, 2019.

The problems began when our Men's Warehouse sales associate blatantly lied and deceived my fiancee and me about hidden charges and fees. He ended up charging us for extra items including shirts and garment bags. These charges were not disclosed. In fact, he told us that he would "give us the shirts at no extra charge". Not once did we ever discuss garment bags. We were only made aware of these charges after the associate had been demoted and transferred to another store. More on that in a bit.

In addition to the undisclosed charges, this Men's Warehouse sales associate made a custom suit for me which, again, was absolutely nothing like we discussed. It was clear that the Men's Warehouse sales associate took his own creative license and NOT any of our preferences as originally agreed upon. The Assistant Manager was kind enough to refund this suit and provide me with a replacement but you can understand that this was a massive disappointment. Furthermore, the custom suit was originally "free" with the purchase of ten suits. The replacement suit I was given was half the cost of the "free" custom suit but my request for reimbursement for the difference was denied.

This was a massive bummer because we were left with no time to try to get another custom suit made. We went to several other custom suit shops around Denver and none of them could accommodate on such a short timeline. If you're shelling out thousands of dollars to a company to ensure you're going to be well-dressed on your wedding day, you'd think they would not be so careless.

While we were upset about this issue, we took things in stride and did not make a big deal out of it.

Little did we know, the problems only compounded from there.

I had been informed that our original sales associate was demoted and transferred to another location. This person should have been fired. In no other industry can you conduct business predicated upon lies and deceit and still retain your job. There is simply ZERO excuse to retain employees who LIE to customers. Men's Warehouse should be ashamed.

Anyways, subsequently, I spent much of October and November leaving messages and emails to try and determine when the suits were going to ship as none of the guys had received anything. I received zero response. It wasn't until late November/December when I tried contacting again that I learned our original sales associate had been transferred to another store.

Since then, I made four separate trips to the store and spent a total of 20+ hours in an attempt to get things sorted with the other ten suits. Both with the sales associates at the Cherry Creek store and with my groomsmen individually and their respective Men's Warehouse stores across the USA. Again, the original order was placed in August 2019, yet, most folks did not start receiving suits until days before the wedding in February 2020. We were told that the suits should take a maximum of 6-8 weeks for delivery. We t
