I would rate 0 stars if I could. My car was removed close to midnight and I had no idea I wasn't parked legally - there was no signage telling me otherwise. If I had not caught the towing person on the way out I would have had to assume my car was stolen. I paid 183 dollars for the pleasure of having to secure a ride across town at 1 AM

Is it possible for this "business" to still be functioning after 2 years? I parked my car at Scott Brown properties on Ave. A and in a matter of 5 minutes the car was removed from the lot at roughly 10:20 in the morning. I was informed that the property manager informed the tenants that the towing policy was loosely followed and only enforced in cases in which the car was parked their for extended periods of time, and forgive me if I'm mistaken but 5 minutes is not extended periods of time.

Furthermore, I would like to preface this complaint with the comment that I am sure the individuals running this business are good people inherently; however, the nature of their customer service is lackluster. By lackluster I really ought to elaborate- the customer service is so embarrassingly bad that I have no idea how these people haven't been shut down. I have been towed before and the customer service was at least courteous. The employees at On The Road Again are nothing short of careless hogs. $218.30 may not be much money to some, but personally that is a lot of money for a waitress to shell out for a tow. I honestly believe it must have been a slow day for you to tow the ONLY NON-PERMITTED CAR IN A LOT AT 10:20 AM. These people are predators of some sort to be stalking for cars left for even a moment. My discontent with this business will not end with a poor review. The scratch left on the back of my car will be taken seriously even if I need to take it to court.

*if I could give less than 1 star, this business would be deserving of it.*

I was walking to my car to put a visitor's pass on my rearview mirror when I found a guy from On The Road Again towing hooking up my car. I told him to stop, but he insisted I pay him $125 in cash for a drop fee, even though he didn't have tow lights on my car or the safety chain hooked up, He refused to give me his name and was very rude. These guys are crooks!

If there were a lower rating of one star I would do that. These guys are the scum of the earth. They have towed my car, and now my neighbors car FROM OUR OWN APARTMENT PARKING LOT WHERE WE LIVE! They claim that the tags weren't visible, but any simple minded idiot could have seen them if they had bothered to look. On top of that, they still charged us $100 each to get our cars out when they weren't supposed to tow them in the first place. These guys are criminals and need to be shut down.
