      Sil-Pro, based in Delano, Minn., offers a range of silicone products for medical and related industrial applications. The company has the capability to design molds, fixtures and electrodes. Its programming department has 3-D capability, surface machining and product development facilities and an in-house mold shop. The company offers single-cavity prototype and multicavity fully automated molded parts that are made using molded silicone parts. Its extrusion department is capable of single-lumen tubing, multilumen tubing, and solid rope and rod tubing. Its closed-loop feedback from a Zumbach laser micrometer allows for precise control of the tubing dimensions throughout the run. The company s equipment list includes a Makino V33 vertical machining center, Makino S56 vertical machining center, Haas VF-22SS vertical machining center, Makino Edge-2S EDM sinker, Fanuc Robocut OC Wire EDM, surface grinder, manual mill and manual lathe.
