Associations

History: Two of the oldest and most trusted veterinary hospitals in the DeLand, Daytona Beach, Port Orange & entire Volusia County area, DeLand Animal Hospital was founded in 1956 as a mixed animal, general veterinary practice. DeLand Animal Hospitals are now owned and operated by Dr. Deborah Ulbrich and Dr. Thomas MacPhail, a husband and wife team. The family run animal hospitals have grown into modern, advanced veterinary facilities providing quality care to all of Volusia County. DeLand Animal Hospital is proud to have been voted winners of The Daytona Beach News Journal's Best of the West award two consecutive years in a row. In 2012 DeLand Animal Hospital decided to open as a 24 hour animal hospital to provide premiere care to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our newest Port Orange location was opened to more conveniently serve all of Volusia County.
