I had my 2002 Dodge Caravan at the garage where I take it for most everything.Mike told me I needed a new transmission now however he did not do Transmission Work it so specialized now but he could take my transmission out and send it off to another person, I don't know but I think the "other person is working out of his house" anyway I said wait and I get back with him later. I picked up my Caravan and a friend told me of Allstate Transmission in Richardson. I went to Frank the manager and he checked while I waited and he found an electronic part that needed to be replaced and service the transmission/Now it works great /Good guys at Allstate Richardson.
My 2001 ford would not shift and I had it checked by my local mechanic ,he told me I needed a new one for $2800.00 /I just paid it off, anyway I was grumbling at work about it and my secretary said she had a good experience at Allstate in Richardson.I took it to Frank and he serviced the transmission (that I forgot to..)and replaced a solinoid /it runs like new .!!! Thanks Frank and Allstate Transmission of Richardson.
I had my truck at a dealership and they told me I need a new transmission for way too much money so I was refereed to Allstate of Richardson and it was the best decision I have made in a long time,Allstate ask if they could check my truck at no charge or obligation so I said yes.Wow I didn't need a transmission at all, just a $ 80.00 electronic part and my truck has ran great every since / Honest great people!
