AS of today, they have had my taxes for 2 MONTHS after telling me it would take 2 weeks. Whenever we call, they tell us it will be ready the next day, or the next week, or some other excuse. My wife finally made him promise it would be done last week, and after it was not done, THEY HAVE BEEN AVIODING OUR CALLS EVER SINCE! I even gave them my work number! Now both my in-laws are trying to get ahold of the accountant as well, because we are just going to go pick our taxes up and have someone else do them. TERRIBLE, DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.
