Me and my friend broke down along side the road heading to casino,so we decide we are getting the vehicle towed and going on to the casino,we called several cab companies and ppl were RUDE!! These ppl were wonderful,2 females stuck on a dark road it's cold outside,this company had 2 drivers they called a driver who just went home and said listen 2 female's stuck along side the road he put his shoes back on and came for us!! Never met a driver like u bill!! U saved our cold asses!! Thank u dispatch for being compassionate and caring!! Have a good evening

Well not only did they forget when I called for a time call the night before, but I called and reminded them two hours before I was supposed to be picked up. They were 30 minutes late and had somebody else in the vehicle. Made me pay full price and I had to pay to go back full price when he pick somebody else up on the way back. And on top of it all I missed my appointment... worthless cab company.. Never Again !!

The worst service ever. The people who work there are liar. I waited an hour and fifteen minute. I'm really upset

Called for a cab an hour ago, man said it wouldn't be long. I just tried to call back to see the status, it rang about 20 times then I was disconnected. Called Queen City Taxi, they picked up on the second ring, told me about 15 minutes.... no way to cancel Yellow Cab, since no one is answering...

Had to cancel a cab and the guy on the phone was very polite and friendly. Thanks anyway, guys :)

Great service! Andrea got me back home safe and sound. Very friendly and helpful. Was concerned when I seemed short of breath. I need to lose weight again, plus the friends I visited are smokers

so that counted in too. But again thank you Andrea.
