I absolutely love Dr. Ha & NP Jory Mobeley. They are wonderful & have patience with the kids that most parents probably wish they had. I love how I can take my daughter to either one & they both know just what to say or how to treat her & they take such good care of her when she is ill. My only complaint is with the receptionist, I believe Gloria is her name. She usually checks us out or is the one who answers the phone when I call in. I hope you dont get her when you call because she will turn you away from this great facility. I've called in a few times because my daughter is sick & she is so rude to me on the phone, saying that the girls are out to lunch or that the Dr isnt in but she says it as if Im supposed to know their schedule. When I am there &I am checking out she is very rude in person. Not a nice person, not friendly at all. I love the Drs but can go without seeing or talking to Gloria. She almost makes me want to switch my daughters physician all together but I won't
