Diane (if I remember her name correctly, but she was the large woman with artificially colored red hair and drawn on eyebrows) became enraged that I was trying to use the wrong access code. I thought they were closed on a Saturday afternoon so I didn't try to go in, and the open sign was off. She eventually screeched at me out a window that I would have to come in. She flipped out and lost all self-control and was verbally abusive. She yelled at me that I 'put in the wrong code 8 times!!". She claimed it crashes their system if you put in the wrong code. I informed her calmly that I did not appreciate her rudeness, as it was completely unecessary. I tried to explain to her that there are ways of communicating with people without being rude. She continued to be rude to me the entire time. I told her I was going to write a negative review, and she simply replied 'That's fine'. She also didn't care when I told her I would have to take my business elsewhere because of her astounding lack of professional behavior. I'm sorry that I couldn't remember my code, but I didn't deserve to be treated this way. She is obviously a horrible person with a horrible life, but that is no excuse. I have leased a unit here for YEARS and have never caused any trouble. I did look at other storage units already and I was shocked to find that nearby storage facilities are significantly less expensive than this one. And this facility is hardly secure. The gate is often broken and the police even found a dead body in there. I don't expect much and I am not a demanding person, but unprovoked hostility is not acceptable. So thank you Diane, your complete lack of social skills helped me to find out that you are completely overpriced, my only regret is that I have paid your inflated fees for the past several years, and that my lack of previous encounters with you allowed me to be complacent with your inadequate services.

Great friendly people. They didn't try and hide the cost of a space with all kinds of deposits and administration fees. Ended up being the best price in the area
