Thanks for getting our family's jet ski going! After sitting for 3 years at our house in Lake Havasu we brought it back down to ride in the ocean and it ran horrible (had to be towed in). The staff and mechanics at Watercraft Direct were very helpful and knowledgeable. They got our jet ski running like new again. What was especially nice is that they ran it in a test tank before they had us pick it up. It made it a little more reassuring driving it back 5 hours to our lake house that it was going to run. We will definitely use and refer them again.

Watercraft Direct is as good as it gets. Justin( who is a world champion seadoo racer) has modified multiple engines for me over the years. I am old school and still ride my seadoo xp 800, but the way he dialed this boat in, it pulls my arms out of the socket when I pull the trigger. The great part is, he will take you through every little detail of what you are looking for based on your performance goals etc. Prices are more than fair and the end result is absolutely amazing. Anyone that is looking to get more out of their ski, you will not find anyone more knowledgeable than Justin. He has seen it all and has probably built some of the fastest skis you have ever seen on the water!!!!

Needed 2 Seadoo jet skis worked on after not using them for a few years, Made an appointment and was hoping to have them done before Thanksgiving, they had them done in 3 days!!! Easy and straight forward people to deal with!

Great jet ski repair shop, great staff and great prices. This is the 3rd time I've used watercraft direct for a repair on my seadoo. The first 2 times were for a regular service tune up and this most recent visit was to have a rock removed from the jet skis impeller. The workers here are always so helpful and friendly from the initial call to set up an appointment, to them coming out and greating you at drop off/ pick up. The work is always spot on and a lot more affordable then the jet ski repair dealerships.

Good reliable shop! We just picked up our seadoo jet boat from having a giant hole repaired on the driver's side from hitting a jetty. The 2 technicians we dealt with were extremely helpful and very educated in fiberglass repair. The repair job looks like new, you can't even tell there was a 2ft x 3ft hole on the side. Thanks again for the great work!

Great shop to do business with. We are very pleased with the service we received. We brought our 2 older seadoos in because they sat for 2 years and would not start. The staff was very helpful through the whole repair process, from the first call to the drop off and pick up. The mechanics were very informative explaining what they issue was, how they repair it and how we can prevent the same carburetor issue from happening g in the future. Over all we were very pleased with their service. We will be putting them on speed dial for future issues.

Good honest shop! I've owned several seadoos through out the last 10 years and have tried out dealer after dealer for repairs. Seems like every dealership I've tried in the past had its own set of issues that drove me away to never return. One day at the launch ramp I was having some issues with my older seadoo starting and stay running. After over an hour of trying a very helpful gentleman came over and asked what the issue was and if he could lend a hand. Turns out he was the owner of watercraft direct. After a couple quick squirts of gas down the carburetors and reving it up, he had it running like new. That was 4 years ago and we have been taking our jet skis in for repair and service to them ever since that day. We currently own 6 jet skis that they look over as well as numerous of our friends jet skis. They always treat us like family when we come in and far exceed or expectations every time. If your looking for a jet ski repair shop and don't want to deal with a head ache from the over priced dealerships, then give watercraft direct a call. We have always been very happy with the service they provide.

Excellent service! We brought our badly damaged waverunner in for fiberglass repair. We were worried that it being a new jet ski that you would be able to notice the difference in paint colors and see the repair. When we first saw the repaired area we were in shock how perfect it looked. You could not even tell that it had the front missing a month prior. The staff at Watercraft direct were always very helpful and friendly throughout the repair process. We will definately be back for our yearly service/ tune ups. If your looking for a fiberglass repair shop for your jet ski, I would recommend giving these guys a call.

I have been coming to see Justin and his staff for roughly 6 years now for my jet ski repair. No matter the issue or cause, Justin jumps through hoops to accommodate me and get my seadoo back on the water as soon as possible. Whether it be a tune up, a carburetor issue or as difficult as a top end, they tackle the task with the utmost care and attention to detail. I couldn't recommend Justin highly enough, great honest guy!

I cannot explain how great these guys are. I had a oil filter cap bolt break off in the waverunner 2 days before taking off to Lake Havasu for some riding. And of course this happens one hour before they close. So I called and spoke to Justin and he says he will gladly check it out for me. I dropped the jet ski off, expecting to hear back from them the next day (at best). I was wrong, I get a call back at 6:15 (15 minutes after they close) saying he will have it done in 45 minutes!!! Saving my trip to havasu. You won't find a better jet ski mechanic/ shop, these guys are great. Thanks again Watercraft Direct.

Honest, reliable and friendly staff. I've been taking my jet ski to watercraft direct for over 4 years now. Being a woman and not knowing much about anything mechanical, it's nice to know that im not getting taken advantage of. Very time I bring my seafood in they are always so helpful. I took my 2 seadoo sparks in there and he knew everything that they needed to work properly again. We are extremely happy with the level of service we received with Watercraft Direct. They went over and beyond what we would have expected. Our insurance company referred us to Watercraft Direct after our son ran a ground at the river with our Seadoo and sank it. The repair process was quick and turned out looking like new. I would definitely do business with them again.

Took both of our Jet Ski's to Watercraft Direct. A 97 Yamaha XL and a 2000 Sea Doo jetski for repair. Wow!! Justin was awesome. Probably one of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever met regarding our Jet ski's too. Very professional and very helpful too. Will definitely be taking our ski's there again.
