My family has been purchasing dash and seat covers for our cars for generations from Sue at Autos r us. We started out many many years ago while she sold from the santa fe springs swapmeet. About a couple years ago we moved to Arizona, I had no way of ordering anymore since I could no longer make it to the fair grounds and I didnt have any contact info for them. We purchased seat and dash covers from different retailers and the fit just wasnt the same. About a couple months ago I purchased a Rav 4 and after pricing custom made hawaiin seat covers from different retailers I was determined to see if Autos r us was still in business. I found a number on yp.com and proceeded to call. I was so excited that it was correct. I talked to Sue and told her I was looking for custom seat covers for my rav 4. She directed me to her online business called extremeautoseatcovers.com. I found the perfect print I wanted. I ordered using my credit card and had it shipped to my location in 6 days after placing the order, not to mention how much money I had saved on custom seat covers compared to what I had been quoted by other retailers. I received my seat covers and installed them myself. It was easy and they were of good quality. Thanks Sue for giving my tan seats a makeover!! I love my seat covers and I always get compliments on how well fitted and nice they are.

My husband has been a loyal customer of Sue's for over 20 years. Every time he buys a new car he goes to see Sue first for a dash cover. Last time he went to see Sue at the Orange County Marketplace he ordered a dash cover for his truck. When it arrived it was the wrong one. Sue told my husband he was wrong, that it couldn't possibly be the wrong one (basically calling him a liar). She made him email pictures to her to prove it. She then ignored the pictures and the issue until the next day when I stepped in and demanded that she make it right. She said she would call when she received the replacement. She never did, I had to call her. My husband goes to the swap meet to pick up the replacement only to find out this one is the wrong fabric. She then lies about it and tells him I told her he wanted the different fabric. My husband told her I never would've said that. She continued to insist on it (basically now calling me a liar). We are both shocked and disappointed in her behavior. My husband demanded a refund and said he will never go back to her. It's a shame, she lost a really good customer today.
