On 12/30/10 one of your repairmen, Joseph, came to our home to repair the motherboard on our Mitsubitshi TV. We had purchased it in July from Home Shopping Network and it was still under warranty. In the past two weeks, we had been experiencing several times (a) the picture would be appearing, but no sound OR (b) the sound was on - but NO PICTURE. Most frustrating. And this was an expensive TV set. Joseph was most kind and had a nice sense of humor. We are very pleased with the new results. Thank you again for repairing our TV.

I had a kitchen fire that caused my 73" DLP Mitsubishi to not power up. I did a google search for repair shops in Bartlett area, and was impressed by the 4.5 stars, as opposed to other area repair services. My call was placed, and within moments I was called back and within 2 hours had the owner come in and do an in home diagnostic. I was extrememly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his pleasant personality and prompt diagnosis and overall service. The exceptional service he provided restored my faith in repairmen, and I will always recommend his service to anyone in the future.

Brought my LCD TV in and even told the old heavy set guy what part was needed, as I spoke with a Samsung Tech before bringing it in. He was not friendly. After 2 weeks+ of waitng I called since I was getting no feedback. He said they couldn't find anything wrong and that would be $80, and that I should hurry and pick it up before they go on vacation. I took it to another shop and they had it fixed in days....same part I told him. Incompitent "service"...feel ripped off.
