This operator steals personal effects from you car. Don't park here if you don't want your personal items stolen.

So my I-Pod was stolen from my car while parked at your lot. When I talked to the manager, instead of being helpful he insulted me and called me a liar. Then the manager and the employees all insulted me and tried to push me into a fight. I will let everyone know about how I was treated. And yes the police are involved.

Absolutely awful! They stole my credit card number and made unauthorized purchases off of it. I called the manager and he did not help me.

The manager of this establishment is a rude blahs individual. I needed my car parked somewhere for two weeks and he wouldn't even talk to me. He said he didn't have the time and hung up the phone. With what they charge people it's better to leave your car in the extended stay at the airport or one of the lots closer to the airport.

very poor service that matches up with the other 1 star reviews. very unprofessional staff. very cold bus. worst of all, l I had some valuables stolen from a hidden spot that the staff had to search thru my personal items to find. so I would not recommend parking here unless you want your car picked over by the staff. the bus also took two calls and 30 min to pick me up at the airport. Management is handling my complaints poorly and not serious at all. maybe they get this a lot...!!!

Fast, easy and reliable... Great Place.. Im glad this location has reopened. I use to park there years ago... miss the old bubble though...

Great Service....... Everyone was helpful, and the 5.99 day rate for first time customer is much cheaper than the airport. I will never park at the airport again!

I would not recommend using this shuttle service. I used them in late March and the weather was in the low 40s at best. The shuttle that took me to the airport at 6 a.m had no heat. I chalked that up to the fact that it was extremely early and possibly the van hadn't warmed up yet. When I returned I had to wait around for 25 minutes after I called before the shuttle arrived (oh, and it took 2 calls) There is no way it should have taken this long for a shuttle based on the lot location from the airport. They apparently drug their feet before sending someone out. Then, when the van arrived it was FREEZING cold again. It wouldn't be so bad but they advertise "luxury" shuttles. My idea of luxury includes at least heat. I emailed the manager to tell him about my experience and he did not bother to even acknowledge the email.

Service was terrible, manager did not seem to know what he was doing.

Upon return, the van drove right past us and did not stop, had to wait about 25 minutes for the next shuttle.

Driver was very unprofessional and had the nerve to ask for a tip.

Terrible service, the entire staff was watching TV and no one would help me with my bags. The manager did not seem to care about the fact that we had a lot of luggage and my wife could not lift some of our bags.I will not use this service again, ever.
