Mark who's nickname at the shop is "Agent Graves" was such a sweetheart! My husband and I wanted to take him home with us! Poor lil' fella looks like he needs to gain 20-30 lbs. but anyhoo, he accurately diagnosed our electrical problem w/our r.v. gen. set and had us down the road within 2 hours! We were so happy with his honesty that we bought the entire shop 5 pizzas!
