If I could, I would put "0" stars. Since the original owners sold their business, we have had nothing but headaches with Reiss Trash Removal. They keep missing our collection at our home and we have to call to have our trash picked up due to them not picking it up on our day of collection. We even put it out the night before so they wouldn't miss our trash pickup. Very frustrating having a hauler who does not know how to run a business.

I've used Reiss Brothers as a waste removal company for close to 30 years. They have been nothing but professional in their dealings. Their rates are extremely reasonable when compared with many other haulers. I'd recommend them without question.

This company is very finicky as to what they pickup. I have had several problems with yard waste even when I comply with size and frequency rules. If I call and complain they will eventually pick up.

This company will not pick up anything in boxes or larger items. They also will not pick up heavy items.
