Zero Integrity!!! Over-torqued wheels when they put them on my car, causing lock nuts to brake and wheel to be stuck on car. When I brought it to their attention they denied any responsibility. Do not use them!

I have been to 4 shops trying to get this problem fixed. thanks guys I will be telling all my friends

Never get an oil change...they messed my car up by putting two much oil in my car...never ever will I get an oil change from this shop...since November 19th I have had to replace my plugs coil packs and now I have major oil leaks..this company will be getting sued for all damages to my car.

I am currently out of town and was not able to be there in person. The woman I call my other mother needed tires so I called to the Sure Stop Brake Shop and got through to Sam. He was kind, considerate, and talked me through everything. I told him how important it was to me that this lady who is dear to me have good tires and he understood. I could not be more thankful that I was able to get a hold of him and this place. I do not live in Arkansas but if I am there and I need tires I am for sure going there. Stopped by to get one tire balanced... I watched them do this. The tire was balanced perfectly. However, when they put my car on the lift, they jacked up my alignment. They slammed the lift into the alignment points on the rear of my car. I noticed it was rather loud when the lift the underside of my car; afterwards, my car pulls very badly to the right. When I mentioned this to whoever answered the phone, I was met with excuse after excuse... I work on cars, and I know exactly what I'm talking about, but he spoke to me like I was ignorant. Suggested that I bring it back for an alignment! My alignment was flawless! I wouldn't let them touch my car with a ten foot pole.

My new truck has squeaked since the day I have drove it off the lot. After 4 trips to the Nissan dealership, I took it to STEVES AUTO! RIPOFF!!! I spent $436.71 and my brakes were even louder. Some one at Raceway told me about Surestop brakes. I took it their, and 10 minutes later it was done... No squeak. Really happy$$$$ customer for life
