There is reason why Robert Jr's Tire is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau/organization, because if all legitimate complaint were file, they would be out of business. My car was making noises every time I turned my steering wheel. So I give Robert Jr a try to see what was wrong with my car... I explained the problem to the owner/manager and he said "I needed a get all 4 new shock absorbers for my car to fix the noises". Costed me $700. and was still making noises. I tried to explain the problem I was still having, but he throw a fit. Said the other noises was cause by the brake pads and it needed to be replace and that he not did guarantee that he would "fix all the noises" on my 2013 car was making because "other parts needed to be replaced". I made my decision to take my car to a Smith Ford dealership to fix it. Turn out all I needed was 2 set of certain size of tires for the noises to stop. And it did. I will never use Robert Jr's Tire for anything even if my life depended on it and would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this shop to anyone.
