changes in management is often for this company. The Waterville area properties are dumps now, they let go a few good people in the past that actually cared about the properties and residnets Now just a bunch of lazy people in the Waterville office, rude and social misfits. Call the local police dept when moving into any of their building, lots of poorly managed apartments, with no professional office staff either in the Waterville office and Concord NH office. Owner's son writes reviews and posts them online, so you will never get the truth

Lets see....No one ever cleans the hallways, The apartments are small, They love people who party and last their music neacuse if you complian they tell you there is nothing they can do. Cops are there alot. Everything they own is nasty.

My fiance, friend and I moved into an apartment in Waterville, ME and it was the most disturbing and disgusting place to live. We had the police over many nights out of the month, and had issues with the tenants daily. We finally had to break the lease because we were lied to by one of their staff (since we weren't even around the area, we asked them to set us up in a safe area). After the lease was broken (and even being told we would get our money back) they took our $300 dollar deposit and said the facility was not cleaned, and they had to remove a lot of belongings. Yes, we left SOME belongings behind but they claimed we left a lot more than we did. We also spent WEEKS cleaning the facility and they are of NO help, and have taken our funds.DO NOT TRUST KEYSTONE MANAGEMENT.
