This was a great company however, In Nov of 2013 they "upgraded" in Chewelah and from that moment on the company is awful. The "upgrade" was a downgrade. I didn't have any internet for 1 week, when I called to complain they stated that they would be down the next day. They never showed up. 3 days later I got a call that they would be there that day, but again, they never showed up. After weeks of this they finally showed up unannounced and "fixed" the issue. It was now intermittent service. I work online this was serious, I had alredy lost several hundred dollars in revenue. They didn't care when I told them this. I got, "We'll fix it tomorrow" and of course, tomorrow never got here. After 3 weeks of this I cancelled my service and went elsewhere. It didnt' end here however, they owed me about $25 for the rest of the month, told me they'd mail the ck. After not receving said ck for 3 more weeks I called no avail. Went in, they won't pay, said they mail cks. Never got it. Poor Company!
