General Info
The Franklin County Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch provides family assessment and case management services. Located in Columbus, Ohio, the division administers the Court Assessment Program (CAP), which includes connections with services that can help youths and their families remain together and work to avoid future court involvement. It maintains a staff of more than 400 employees. The Franklin County Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch also develops community-based plans for juveniles and their families. In addition, the division maintains the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center, also known as JDC, which provides educational and crisis counseling services for youths. The Franklin County Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch offers investigation, counseling and individual protection services related to abuse and neglect.
