Please don't waste your time with this firm like I did. Do your research, call several firms until you find a REAL tax attorney who will actually work your case and knows what they are talking about. I am beyond disappointed with the poor service I received at Grey Jones and Associates. The staff is disrespectful, you will never get a straight answer about what is going on with your case, and they do not care what happens to your case once you pay. I was foolish enough to have them do a few back tax returns, and they weren't even filed properly.

Unprofessional, dishonest, overpriced. When I voiced my concerns I was treated rudely by a female staff member. I paid a lot of money for NOTHING! I asked to speak to my lawyer, but he was always too busy to speak with me, or out of the office. I did some research and he is the only lawyer working there, and he is a personal injury lawyer. Do not use this firm for tax problems, they don't know what they are doing! I ended up going with another firm who had to clean up the mess this firm made for me, and my new lawyer couldn't believe how much money I had paid considering the fact they did nothing to fix my problem.



I left this review on Google as well, but really want to make sure people looking for a good tax lawyer read it, because what I went through and what I spent is ridiculous.

In my opinion, if you are looking for an attorney that will pass off the work to staff, never return phone calls, and who relies on the tax advice of a person whose tax education consists of preparing returns for H&R Block, this is your place. If you like paying inflated fees for simple matters like an installment agreement, than in my opinion, this is your place. If you are seeking actual advice from a real tax attorney than I believe you should look elsewhere.
