      Quoted a job for my new house approx. 3 weeks ago. Could not get a callback on estimated start date. Finally was able to be contacted today and was told they just couldn't do it because they were "too busy". Well, why didn't you tell us that 3 weeks ago when you quoted the job, the house needs to be liveable next weekend, and there's still no water or sewer. Will NEVER recommend. Stay away unless time is a luxury you have plenty of.
