      Had a family member that passed away last year. The funeral home is old. I sat on a chair and it was uncomfortable and rocky. It's dark and dusty. I told the rest of my family that since we live in Monument, CO that there is a nicer, brighter funeral home close to us. For our family, we will never use this funeral home again. It felt not warm and family like more cold and dreary.

      Swan Law recently helped our family plan a rather large and complicated funeral. They were fantastic! They were professional, compassionate and gracious. They paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend them.

      We were shocked when we discovered that our mother's body was prepared in a warehouse. This funeral home sends the remains to a warehouse they rent. Our son had gone to this location, as he has a friend who works in the same complex. His friend mentioned to him that Swan-Law and several of their other funeral homes bring bodies to this location where they are cremated and embalmed. When our son told us of this we went to the location and even noticed mice running about. The funeral director said they have never had a complaint and it was their intention to continue to operate in this fashion. He has the nerve to say they would give us back the embalming fee if it would make us feel better. The funeral directors name is Pat Atensio. Stay away from this dump.
