No telephone number, cannot talk to the store. National call center too busy to take my call, on hold past 30 minutes. Poor service, if you ask me.

package was due to june 2nd at the appartment complex the dude didnt even try to get in to it when he saw the security door walked to the office wanted to leave the package there but they didnt accept it today 3rd of june same thing dude tries to deliver it again at even the full wrong adress now i had paid for 2 days shipping through amazone and now bcs of their faulth my kids didnt get their air beds in time and had to sleep on the ground so now my extra money was a waste since we had to go pick it up at a fedex ship center after all so it costed me money to express ship it and gas money to drive 30 miles to pick it up the fedex service blows if i never have to use it again i will never use it at all this is how much it blows UPS delivered my other package monday and they did go to the main office to let them in to the apartment complex stick with UPS best one there is Greetings Donny
