Truly outstanding very professional!

Bought a Husqvarna Brush Cutter thru them as they are an "authorized" dealer. In assembling it their mechcanic over tightened a reverse nut, stripping the nut and the threads to the shaft. When I took it back to them they refused to accept responsiblity and would not pay for a new part but instead offered to send it to the district warehouse and let their mechanic determine the problem as as to take them out of the situation completely. These folks are lying scumbags so Buyer Beware!!!

Extremely poor customer service. They had my riding mower for 4 weeks were waiting on a single nut to come in that was back ordered. It was for the sir filter. I could have picked that up later! Put it on myself. No organization skills at all from this company. Or efficient use of their time and the customers I will never use their services again. The brought my mower back with all the pieces they had taken off of it in a box. Left it in my yard crafter I asked them to fix it without the nut and call me ASAP. So I can have my Tractor back. Very rude and unprofessional people!!!

Older lady working there was very rude. They did have the parts I needed though.
